HHLDS Series Intelligent Electromagnetic Flowmeter is a scientific achievement in flowmeter researched by our company for years. It is an improved product of traditional electromagnetic flowmeter, whose advanced design ensures high precision and security of product. This flowmeter can measure all the flow of conducting liquid with conductivity larger than 5US/CM. The measuring tube has no movable or current-resisting part inside, no loss of resistance and no blockage. The performance of flowmeter is not subjected to the pressure, temperature or density of fluid. The sensor applies low-frequency square wave excitation and is free from interference of power frequency or other on-site electromagnetic fields. It has features of high precision, good stability and low installation requirement. The converter of optimal design has two-cavity shell which departs the electric parts from the surrounding to facilitate the connection. All transfer circuits fully employ advanced algorithm with the functions of rapid response to and eliminating output noise. It is exchangeable with sensor without affecting the measuring precision.

1、用途
本公司开发生产的HHLDS型电磁量计（以下简称流量计），用来测量流经封闭管道内一般导液体体积流量的仪表。由于其独特的优点，特别适应于各种酸、碱、盐等强度腐蚀性介质和污水、泥浆、矿浆与纸浆等的流量测量，可广泛用于石油、化工、冶金、医药、酿造、印染、环保与食品等工业部门以及市政管理、水利建设工程等领域的流体流量测量与控制。

双频方波励磁；下限流量低，量程比大，测量精度高；
响应速度快，稳定性高，对于高浓度浆液低电导率流体也具有高稳定性；
具有可拆卸电极和高可靠性的电极结构，维修清洁方便；

3、功能
显示总流量或称累积流量；
显示日液量，显示时流量；
清零流量，可以消零累积流量（但总流量不会被清零）；
定量控制，可以设定量值，减数计数并输出控制信号；
