概述:
 蓄能式体积管流量检定装置是我公司研发的新型产品,该体积管采用压缩空气蓄能原理,可检定输出脉冲信号的容积式、速度式流量计的计量。主要由计量段、贮液罐、蓄能罐、弹性橡胶球、检测开关、计算机控制系统和附属设备组成。
Flow Calibration Device of Accumulation Volume Tube is a new product developed by our company. Applying compressed air accumulating energy principle, this volume tube can calibrate the metering of volume type and velocity type flowmeters that can output pulse signals. It is comprised of metering section, liquid storage tank, energy accumulation tank, elastic rubber ball, detector switch, CCS and auxiliaries.
体积管的计量段就是两个检测开关之间的管段,其容积经过精确标定,作用相当于一个标准量器。弹性橡胶球在流体推动下,象活塞一样在体积管内运行。当进入和离开计量段时,先后触动两端的检测开关依次发出信号。该信号分别同步控制被检流量计累积计数采集的起始与终止。
The metering section of volume tube is the tube section between two detector switches. Its volume is calibrated accurately acting as a reference gauge. Under the action of fluid push, elastic rubber ball runs as a piston in the volume tube. It triggers the detector switches at two sides and sends out signals in turn when entering or leaving metering section. The signals separately and synchronically control the start and stop of accumulated count of detected flowmeter.
流量计检定时与体积管串联,流体稳定地流经体积管和流量计。在球通过计量段的同时,等量的流体从流量计通过。比较此间流量计的累积示值和体积管的标准容积值,就能确定流量计的示值误差。
The flowmeter is connected with the volume tube in series during calibration and the liquid passes through the volume tube and flowmeter stably. The fluid at equivalent volume will pass through the flowmeter while the ball is passing through the metering section. The indication error can be confirmed by comparing the accumulating indicating value of flowmeter with standard volume value of volume tube.
体积管工作时的液流,对于流量计在线检定系统,是来自输油管线本身;对于接受流量计送检的工作站,通常需设置储液罐与泵组,来产生不同流量的液流。而蓄能式体积管则是设置了一个压缩空气罐作为产生液流的能量源;通过一个液体泵实现球的复位,同时把推球气体重新压回气罐。
For on-line calibration system of flowmeter, the working fluid flow is from the petroleum pipe line itself. For the work station accepting calibration of flowmeter, usually liquid storage tank and pump set are required to generate fluid flow at different rate. The accumulation volume tube is set with a compressed air tank serving as the energy source to generate fluid flow. A liquid pump is used for resetting the ball and pressing the air back to air tank at the same time.
由于蓄能式体积管所配置的空压机和液体泵的功率均不大,相比之下就显著减少了能量消耗,节约了设备投资和运行费用。以低能耗高效益完成较宽范围的流量检定,是蓄能式体积管的特点与优势。另外还具有结构紧凑,操作方便,性能可靠,准确度高,故障率低等优点。
The accumulation volume tube is equipped with low-power air compressor and liquid pump, which greatly reduces energy consumption and saves equipment investment and operation cost. It has features of low power consumption, high efficiency, wide range of flow calibration, compact structure, easy operation, stable performance, high accuracy, low failure rate, etc. ?
产品原理特点:

  一个完整的体积管流量检定系统,包括体积管标准段,流量计检定管线,可编程控制器(PLC)与数据处理设备,以及贮罐与泵,开关阀与流量调节阀,压力温度测量仪表,排气管线,放空管线等附属装置。另外,因为体积管自身也要进行周期性检定(即计量段体积的示值标定.三年一次),还应配套设置水标定系统和复标清洗系统。
用体积管检定流量计,应符合该种流量计的国家计量检定规程。
被检流量计串联在体积管的下游。检定之前体积管和检定管线内充满了液体,球位置于体积管头部,气动阀门关闭状态。检定时打开阀门,压缩空气进入体积管,推动橡胶球运行;液体在球的推动下形成流量,经体积管和流量计进入储液罐。流量的大小可事先通过一组流量调节阀。当球进入体积管的计量段,触发开始检测开关时,控制系统开始采集流量计的脉冲信号;球继续运行至触发终止检测开关时,停止采集。因为液流是连续的,球从计量段推出的液体量等于流过被检流量计的液体量。记录流量计示值和压力温度数据,与体积管标准体积值等参数进行数据处理,及数据存储、报表和检定结果打印等,这样就完成了一个检定过程。

球通过计量段后,检测开关的信号使阀门关闭,球停止运行。然后启动液体泵,液体从储液罐返回到体积管,球被推向体积管头部,气体被压回气罐。当球走过检测开关后,液泵停止。这样,完成复位行程,进入下一次检定前的准备状态。
