HHLCZ Series Magnetic-Electric Intelligent Flowmeter is a velocity type flowmeter and a hi-tec electromechanical product integrating signal detection and microelectronic intellectualization technology. It owns the advantages of both vortex flowmeter and electromagnetic flowmeter, e.g. free of movable part, stable measurement, and application in power-free field. It can measure the volume flow rate of conducting liquids including paper pulp, slurry, sewage and soliquoid, and that of strong corrosive liquids including acid, alkali, salt, etc. This product is widely used in kinds of industries and areas, such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmacy, paper making, environmental protection, municipal administration, water conservancy construction, etc.

  流量计由流量传感器和流量显示仪两部分组成，而传感器由表壳、磁钢及电极构成。磁电流量计是根据法拉第电磁感应原理研制的。在表壳体底部放置一个磁钢产生强磁场，磁力线穿过管道，当介质流过流量计强磁场时，切割磁力线感应出脉动的电动势，用电极检出电信号，在一定的流速范围内其频率正比于流量。将电极输入高频振荡信号，该信号受流量信号调制，经调制后高频信号进入检测器、单片机进行运算与处理，准确检出流量信号，输入显示仪单片机进行流量运算和功能处理。
显示仪单片机编有时间、日期程序，由大容量串行贮存器将每日的累积流量予以贮存，并记录该日期，累积全部日流量成为总流量，最后由液晶屏显示瞬时流量和总流量，或者可通过功能键操作、搜索、显示某日的流量。

　耐腐蚀性能好、结构简单：传感器采用不锈钢材料制造，可耐强酸、强碱、内部元机械可动部件，不易堵塞，不会阻卡，因而延长使用寿命。
使用功能齐全：显示仪不仅能显示日期、瞬间流量和累积流量，而且能记录、贮存每天的日流量，以备检索，其贮存日流量容量达2600日，还可以查询7年内任意日期的日流量。
性能稳定：磁电感应的流量信号的电路采用单片机对其进行运算、控制、处理技术，能识别流量与振动数据，消除所有干扰信号，具有良好的抗震，抗干扰能力，可耐1g振动（压电式耐振≤0.2g），使计量性能稳定、可靠。 下限流量低，量程比大，测量准确：流量计测量流速范围为0.38～7.5m/s，（压电式为0.5～7 m/s）。显示仪单片机具有八段非线性流量误差修正功能和输出脉冲信号修正功能，使同口径流量计输出脉冲数一致。
