HLGJ系列金属刮板流量计是一种容积式流量计量仪表。它用于连接或间断地精密测量管道中流过的液体流量,具有计量精密度高、运转平稳、低噪音、无脉动、流量大、使用寿命长和粘度适应性强等特点,广泛用于石油、化工、轻工、交通、商业等部门,特别适用于原油、渣油、成品油、轻烃等工业介质的计量。
HLGJ Series Metal Scraper Flowmeter is a kind of volume flow-metering instrument and can successively or discontinuously and precisely measure the liquid flow passing through the pipe. 该流量计可现场指示,字码直接读数,并可输出电脉冲信号,供显示仪表及计算机处理,从而实现管道流量远距离集中控制。
This flowmeter can indicate on site, and the character code can be read directly. Besides, it can output electrical pulse signals for the processing of display instrument and computer, so as to fulfill the long-distance and centralized control of pipe flow. |

金属刮板流量计的计量室由内壳体和安装在内壳体内的转子壳体及金属刮板组成,这些已知容积的空腔作为流量计的计量单元。流量计的转子靠其进、出口处的微小压差推动旋转,并不断地将进口的液体经空腔计量后送到出口,转子将转动次数经密封联轴器及传动系统传递给计数机构,直接指示出流经流量计的液体总量。
带脉冲发信器的刮板流量计,能输出脉冲信号,可用计算机或电子显示仪表处理,示出流经流量计的液体累积流量和瞬时流量,从而实现各种自动化装置的控制。流量计采用双壳体结构。其优点是可以消除由于压差和管道张力等外力引起流量计腔体变形造成的计量不准确,而且方便于流量计的维修和保养。流量计的显示机构采用两套累积计数机构,小字码计数器可示出流量计的总累积计数,大字码计数器可示出某一时间段的累积计数,并可复零。
